| 摘 要： | 对103例过敏性鼻炎患者,87例荨麻疹患者和45例正常人进行了组织胺支气管激发试验,PD20-FEV_1≤2.2mg 表示气道高反应性(BHR),BHR 发生率在鼻炎组为37.8%,荨麻疹组为11%,对照组无一例 BHR。气道高反应性与过敏性鼻炎种类,受检者的基础 FEV_1/FVC,个人哮喘史等有相关性,而与性别,年龄,病程等无相关。认为对敏性鼻炎和荨麻疹患者中的气道高反应性者应加强医疗保护,以期预防其发展成哮喘。

| Abstract: | Histamine bronchial provacation test was performed in 103 patients with allergic rhinitis and 87 patients with urticaria and with 45 healthy persons as controls.Bronchial hyperresponsiveness(BHR)was defined as PD-20 FEV_12.2mg.BHR was revealed in 37.8% of the patients with allergic rhinitis and in 11% of the patients with urticaria.In contrast,none of the healthy persons had BHR.This study showed that the incidence of BHR correlated to the type of allergic rhinitis,patient's baseline FEV_1/FVC values,past asthma,and the family history of asthma,but did not correlate to sex,age,and eosinophils in nasal discharge.Since patients with allergic rhinitis or urticaria may be predisposed to develop BHR,we should give them more medical care. |
