| 摘 要： | 观察肠康汤治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法 :将 110例随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 5 6例用肠康汤、对照组 5 4例用匹维溴胺片治疗 ,4周为一疗程。结果 :两组总有效率及主要症状缓解评分均有差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :肠康汤治疗肠易激综合征有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Changkang Decoction in treating irritable bowel syndrome.Method:110 patients were randomly divided into two groups.56 patients were treated with Changkang Decoction as the study group while 54 patients were treated with Pinaverium as the control group.Four weeks' treatment is as one period.Result:There were differences both in the total effective rate and in the grade of releasing the main symptom (P<0.01 or P>0.05) .The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The results indicated that Changkang Decoction has preferable therapeutic effect on irritable bowel syndrome. |
