| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿免疫球蛋白E（IgE）低亲合受体与发病机制的关系。方法用流式细胞仪检测过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿20例和健康同龄儿20例I班低亲合力受体。结果过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿CD23阳性细胞（25．09％±5．92％）明显高于正常对照组（14．96％±4．54％），有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论IgE低亲合力受体的变化可能在过敏性紫癜肾炎的发病机制中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between a low-affinity receptor for immunoglobin E （IgE） and etiology of Henock-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis （HSPN） in children. Methods The ratio of CD23 positive peripheral lymphocytes in 20 cases with HSPN and 20 health children were detected by folow cytometry. Results The levels of CD23-positive peripheral lymphocytes were significonty increased in patients with HSPN （25.09% ± 5.92% ） compared with control group（ 14.96%± 4.54% ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Condasion It appeared that low-affinity receptor may play a significant role in the etiology of HSPN. |
