| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冬雪消解毒活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的作用机制。方法45只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,即正常对照组、模型组、冬雪消解毒活血汤小、大剂量组及胃复春组,每组9只。采用综合造模法制备大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型,造模型成功后第2d正常组、模型组以蒸馏水10mL/(kg.d)灌胃,冬雪消解毒活血汤大、小剂量组按生药77.6、38.8g/(kg·d)灌胃,胃复春组按生药1.44g/(kg·d)灌胃,连续30d。观察实验大鼠的一般状况、胃黏膜大体观,放射免疫法测定血清内皮素(ET)的水平。结果冬雪消解毒活血汤能有效改善一般状况及胃黏膜大体观;可有效抑制ET释放,但其存在一定量效关系。结论冬雪消解毒活血汤可降低慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠血清ET水平,对慢性萎缩性胃炎有良好的治疗作用。 |

Effect of Dongxuexiao Jieduhuoxue decoction on endothelin in blood serum of rat with chronic atrophie gastritis |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mechanism of action of Dongxuexiao Jieduhuoxue decoction on chronic atrophie gastritis. Method Rat model with chronic atrophie gastritis were established by the synthetic method. Then the general state of health,gastric mucous membrane of the rats were observed in general. And the ET level of blood serum in rat was determined by Radioimmunoassay. Results The experimental study showed that Dongxuexiao Jieduhuoxue decoction can influence hormone secretion and strengthen the nourishment and defenses function of the gastr-mucosa through restrainting the release of ET. Conclusion Dongxuexiao Jieduhuoxue decoction has evident therapeutic action on chronic atrophie gastritis. |
