摘    要:调查分析了山东省7个市地,15个县(市区)改水降氟4~10年55个轻、中、重病村4192名8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况。结果表明改水降氟是控制饮水型地方性氟中毒可靠有效的措施,儿童氟斑牙检出率的下降与改水后供水年限、儿童年龄和病区类型密切相关。

Abstract:The authors investigated and epidemiologically analyzed the prevalence of dental fluorosis in4,192 children aged 8-12 years,living in 55 slightly,moderately and seriously affected villages in15 representative countries after 5-10 years of water improvements in Shandong.The results indi-cated that both alternation of water resources and defluoridation of drinking water were reliableand available measured for Waterborne endemic fluorosis control.The reduction in the prevalencerate of dental fluorosis was closely related to duration of water supply improvement process,ageand types of endemic area.The stipulation of a fluoride level in drinking water of less than 1.0mg/1 and a prevalence rate of less than 30% where control measures were obtained were consid-ered to be reasonable.
