沙丁胺醇气雾剂与布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童哮喘的临床观察

目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂、布地奈德混悬液联合治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法将112例儿童哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为对照组58例和治疗组54例。对照组静滴地塞米松、氨茶碱，治疗组氧气驱动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂、布地奈德混悬液，观察比较2组的疗效和副作用。结果症状缓解、总显效率、肺功能改善情况，治疗组与对照组疗效相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01），且未发现明显副作用。结论应用氧气驱动雾化吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂、布地奈德混悬液为目前治疗儿童哮喘急性发作为安全有效的方法。

Clinical effect of budesonide suspension and salbutamol aerosol on children with asthma

Objective To discuss the effect of budesonide suspension and salbutamol aerosel on children with asthma. Methods Altogether 112 children afflicted with acute asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups ： a contrast group of 58 cases and a treatment group of 54 cases. The contrast group received dexamethasone and aminophylline by I. V. while the treatment group received budesonide supension and salbutamol aerosol. We observed and compared the effect and side effect of the 2 groups. Results Significant difference was seen between the 2 groups after the treatment and no noticeable side effect was found. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat children with acute asthma by using budesonide supension and salbutamol aerosol.
