猪囊尾蚴蛋白质的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和等电聚焦电泳分析

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)和薄层水平等电聚焦电泳(IEF)对猪囊尾蚴囊液、头节囊壁和全囊的可溶性蛋白质进行了分析比较。PAGE结果表明,囊液和头节囊壁各分离出15条蛋白带,全囊分离出16条蛋白带。在激光光密度扫描中分别可见4个主峰。IEF结果表明,囊液分离出28条蛋白带,头节囊壁和全囊分离出34条蛋白带。在激光光密度扫描中分别可见9,11、11个主峰。

PROTEIN ANALYSIS OF CYSTICERCUS CELLULOSAE WITH POLYACRYLAMIDE GEL AND ISOELECTRIC FOCUSING ELECTROPHORESIS

Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and thin layer horizontal isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (IEF) , we analyzed the patterns of soluble proteins from the cyst fluid, the scolex-cyst wall complex and the whole cyst of Cysticercus cellulosae. PAGE showed 15 protein bands in cyst fluid, 15 protein bands in cyst fluid, 15 protein bands in extract from the scolex-cyst wall complex and 16 protein bands in extract from the whole cyst. With laser densitometric scanning, 4 major peaks were found in each of the above three sources. A protein band characteristic for the cyst fluid was observed. IEF showed 28 protein bands in the cyst fluid and 34 bands in both extracts from the scolex-cyst wall complex and the whole cyst. Laser densitometric scanning disclosed 9 major peaks in the cyst fluid and 11 major peaks in both extracts from the scolex-cyst wall complex and the whole cyst.
