| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨理气活血止痛法对痛经大鼠血液流变学指标和前列腺素变化的影响。方法 :利用催产素所致的大鼠痛经模型 ,观察以理气活血止痛法制备的九气拈痛胶囊对大鼠血液流变学及前列腺素等指标的影响。结果 :九气拈痛胶囊能减少痛经大鼠 30分钟内的扭体次数 ,降低扭体发生率 ;能改善痛经大鼠血液流变性(降低全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、血细胞比容 ,缩短红细胞电泳时间 ) ,降低前列腺素 F2α和血栓素 B2 含量 ,升高前列腺素 E2 和 6酮前列腺素 F1α含量 ,其效果与月月舒相似。结论 :九气拈痛胶囊具有改善血液流变性、抑制血栓素和前列腺素的作用 ,与中医理气活血止痛法的作用机制基本一致。
