Abstract: | Abstract – Fibrinogen and IgG were demonstrated in the hyaline zone with direct immunofluorescent staining after orthodontic tooth movement in man. It was suggested that presence of plasma proteins in the hyaline zone contributed to its hyaline appearance. Fibrin and IgG may, furthermore, attract phagocytes and form a network for the reorganization of the necrotic tissue in the hyaline zone. |
