军队医疗保障制度改革对住院费用影响分析

目的:针对军队医改的具体措施和对住院费用所产生的影响,拟分析军队医改政策等因素对住院费用水平和构成影响的特点,从而分析各因素对医院医疗模式与费用所产生的影响。方法:在某军队医院信息数据库中搜集2003年7月1日至2005年6月30日军队住院患者原始记录,用SPSS13.0对原始记录进行统计描述,然后进行单因素分析。结论:改革后人次均住院费用增长明显,患者的医疗待遇得到了提高,患者的医疗待遇得到了区分。改革后住院费用各分项费用构成比例合理,能较合理使用医疗费用。

Influence of Military Medical Guarantee System Reform on Medical Expenditures of Inpatients

Objective: By analyzing the influence of medical guarantee system reform on medical expenditures of inpatients to analyze influence factors of medical mode and expenditure.Methods: The primary records of inpatients from July 1,2003 to June 30,2005 in the information database of certain army hospital were collected.The data were treated with single variable analysis with SPSS13.0.Conclusion: After the reform,the average hospitalization expenditures per time has increased obviously,and the medical treatments to the inpatients have been discriminated.The constituent ratio of hospitalization expenditures is more reasonable.
