2020—2022年青岛市精神卫生中心抗精神病药使用情况分析

目的 统计青岛市精神卫生中心2020—2022年抗精神病药使用情况并分析变化趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法统计青岛市精神卫生中心信息系统中2020年1月—2022年12月抗精神病药的销售金额，并计算用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）以及药品排序比（B/A）。结果 2020—2022年，青岛市精神卫生中心抗精神病药年销售金额基本稳定，奥氮平、喹硫平的销售金额及排序始终居于前2位；抗精神病药的DDDs呈现逐年增长的趋势，奥氮平DDDs基本稳定，始终居于第1位，喹硫平DDDs逐年增长，居于第2位；抗精神病药的DDC及排序基本稳定，帕利哌酮、氨磺必利、齐拉西酮、喹硫平的DDC排序始终居于前4位；阿立哌唑、氨磺必利、奥氮平、奋乃静、氟哌啶醇、喹硫平、硫必利、氯丙嗪、齐拉西酮、五氟利多的B/A值接近于1.00。结论 青岛市精神卫生中心抗精神病药的使用基本合理，后期仍需加强监督管理，以保证患者合理用药。

Analysis on the use of antipsychotics in Qingdao Mental Health Center from 2020 to 2022

Objective To make statistics on the use of antipsychotics in Qingdao Mental Health Center from 2020 to 2022 and analyze the trend of change, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The sales amount of antipsychotics from January 2020 to December 2022 in the information system of Qingdao Mental Health Center was analyzed retrospectively, and the DDDs, DDC, and B/A were calculated. Results From 2020 to 2022, the annual consumption sum of antipsychotics in Qingdao Mental Health Center was basically stable, and the consumption sum and order of olanzapine and quetiapine always ranked first and second. The DDDs of antipsychotics showed an increasing trend year by year, and the DDDs of olanzapineare were basically stable, always ranked first, while the DDDs of quetiapine were increasing year by year, ranking second. The DDC and order of antipsychotics were basically stable, among which the DDC and order of paliperidone, amisulpride, ziprasidone and quetiapine ranked the first 4. The B/A values of aripiprazole, amisulpride, olanzapine, perphenazine, haloperidol, quetiapine, thiopiride, chlorpromazine, ziprasidone and pentafluridol were close to 1.00. Conclusion The use of antipsychotics in Qingdao Mental Health Center was basically reasonable, and supervision and management should be strengthened in the later stage to ensure the rational drug use by patients.
