尼达尼布致不良反应文献分析

目的 探讨尼达尼布不良反应特点及规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 检索2014年10月—2023年3月中国知网、万方、维普网、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中收集尼达尼布致不良反应的个案报道的文献，提取文献资料，对其进行回顾性统计分析。结果 共收集到14篇文献，其中男性患者10例，女性患者4例，平均年龄（66.21±14.73）岁。大多数不良反应发生在用药30 d内，主要累及消化系统（7例）、泌尿系统（4例）。结论 尼达尼布可致多种说明书未记载的不良反应，因此，实际临床应用中，应加强用药监护，及时发现，及时治疗，及时报道，保障患者用药安全。

Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by nintedanib

Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions induced by nintedanib, and provide reference for the clinical medication. Methods The case report of adverse drug reactions caused by nintedanib were searched in databases such as CNKI, Wan fang Data, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science from October 2014 to March 2023, and the liter-ature was extracted for retrospective statistical analysis. Results A total of 14 publications were collected, including 10 male patients and 4 female patients with a mean age of (66.21 ±14.73) years. Most adverse drug reactions occurred within 30 d of drug administration and mainly involved the digestive system (7 cases) and the urinary system (4 cases). Conclusion Nintedanib can cause a variety of adverse drug reactions, which are not described in the instructions. Therefore, in actual clinical application, medication monit-oring should be strengthened, timely detection, timely treatment and timely reporting to ensure the safety of patients'' medication.
