6项肿瘤标志物联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值

目的探讨糖链抗原(CA125)、糖链抗原199(CA199)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、卵巢癌组(CA125)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(f-PSA)6种肿瘤标志物联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法用酶联免疫分析方法联合检测了30例良性卵巢疾病患者，22例卵巢癌患者和26例健康对照者，分析各指标组间的统计学差异和单项、联合检测对卵巢癌患者的检出率。结果卵巢癌组单项阴性率由高至低依次为：CA12563．63％(14／22)、CA19954．54％(12／22)、CEA31．8％(7／22)、AFP13．63％(3／22)、f-PSA9．09％(2／22)、PSA0(0／22)。经卡方检验，良性疾病组和卵巢癌组有显著性差异。6种指标联合检测，阳性率达到90．90％(20／22)。结论肿瘤标志物CA199、CA125、CEA、AFP、f-PSA联合检测可提高卵巢癌诊断的阳性率，对早期诊断有一定价值。

The diadynamic value of allied detection of six tumor markers to ovarian cancer patients

Objective To inquire into the diadynamic value of allied detection of six tumor markers-CA125,CA199,CEA,PSA,CA125 and f-PSA,to ovarian cancer patients. Methods ELISA was used to detect thirty patients with sub-clinical symptoms,twenty-two with ovarian cancer and twenty-six healthy controls.Analysis the statistics difference and calculate the positive rates of Mono-detection and allied detection. Results The mono-detection positive in ovarian cancer group was CA125 63.63%(14/22)?CA199 54.54%(12/22)?CEA 31.81%(7/22)?AFP 13.63%(3/22)?f-PSA 9.09%(2/22)?PSA 0(0/22),respectively.There was statistics difference between sub-clinical symptoms group and ovarian cancer group.The allied detection of the six tumor markers gained higher positive rate in ovarian cancer group and even up to 90.90%(20/22). Conclusion The tumor markers allied detection of CA199?CA125?CEA?AFP?f-PSA could improve diagnosis and have great value to earlier diagnosis.
