| 摘 要： | 目的 总结踝关节骨折的分类和手术治疗。方法 分析2000年至2002年65例病人的临床资料。结果 根据临床检查及主诉，参照Leeds的判断标准将愈后的疗效分为优、良、差。优：52例(80％)；良：11例(16，9％)；差：2例(3．1％)；总优良率为96．9％。结论 应用AO分类法(Danis-Weber分类法)及治疗原则，恢复踝穴的稳定，对防止发生创伤性关节炎具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the classification and surgical treatment of the fractured ankle joint. Methods The clinical data from 65 cases of fractured ankle joint from 2000 to 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Excellent surgical outcomes were found in 52 cases (80%), good in 11 cases (16.9%), and poor in 2 cases (3.1%). The rate of excellent and good surgical outcomes was 96.9%. Conclusion Application of AO classification (Danis-Weber classification) and treatment principle plays an important role in recovery of the stable state of ankle mortise to avoid traumatic arthritis. |
