| 摘 要： | 基于自愿的临床实验室认可大多依据ISO 15189-2003来进行的，认可本身不具备提高日常检验工作质量的作用，最重要的是认可过程中质量体系文件的编写的可操作性及在日常工作中对质量文件的切实遵守和持续改进，这才是提高实验室日常检验质量的惟一途径。

| Abstract: | The clinical laboratory accreditation based on voluntary is carried out mostly according to ISO-15189-2003. It would be not possible to improve the quality of routine tests if the clinical laboratory took the accreditation as final only one purpose. In order to obtain high quality routine test results, most important things are performable quality documents, follow of the documents and continuing improvement of the procedures. Also, this is the only way to improve the quality of routine tests in clinical laboratories. |
