习惯性流产患者血清抑制补体活性的研究

目的　研究习惯性流产患者血清抑制补体活性的作用及意义。方法　将经典补体溶血实验进行改进 ,在原有反应体系中加入习惯性流产患者血清 ,测定并计算血清抑制补体活性的百分抑制率 (Inhibition% ) ,以反映该血清抑制补体科学研究性的程度。结果　有习惯性流产史的非妊娠妇女血清抗补体百分抑制率Inhibition % (9.7± 2 .9) % ]低于正常对照经产非妊娠妇女 (13± 3 ) % ] ,两者统计学差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　习惯性流产患者抗补体作用较弱 ,可能是导致习惯性流产的免疫学病因之一 ,并提出可否采用脐血输注治疗习惯性流产的设想

Effect of anticomplement activity in serum of women with habitual abortion

Objective To investigate anticomplement activity in serum of pregnancies with habitual abortion.Method Based on the classical complement hemolytic assay,the serum of habitual abortion women was added to the reaction,then took the percentage of complement inhibited (inhibition %) as the level of anticomplement effect of serum.Results Inhibiting effect against complement in serum of women with habitual abortion (9.7±2.9)%] showed significant lower (P<0.001) than that of normal parous controls .Conclusion The author suggested that lower anticomplement effect in serum may probably result in habitual abortion.
