| 摘 要： | 采用扫描电镜检查维生素Ａ缺乏（ＶＡＤ）的大鼠外周血红细胞形态，结果发现其红细胞呈现大小不均，并伴有大量棘形红细胞、泪滴形红细胞、纺锤形红细胞等异常形态出现，提示ＶＡＤ可以引起红细胞形态异常，可能是ＶＡＤ引起贫血的机理之一。

| Abstract: | he morphology of circulating red blood cell(RBC)with Vitamin A deficient(VAD) rats wasdetected by scanning electron microscope,The results showed that the RBC of VAD rats weresmall,often tear drop or spindie shaped, acanthotic and uniformiy stained spherocytes larked thebiconcave tianslucent center of control Cells. The results suggest that abnormal shape of RBC willbe caused by VAD. It is probably one of the mochanisms of anemia caused by VAD. |
