| 摘 要： | 本文对临床疑诊为肺癌的１８０６例患者，通过纤支镜检查，作支气管抽吸取样的临床细胞学检查，其结果提示，总的阳性检出率为９５％，中心型肺癌的阳性检出率为９７．７％，周围型肺癌的阳性检出率８１．９％。说明用此法对肺癌的诊断确有较高的价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author elabrates on 1806 patients who were highly doubted of suffering fromcarcinoma of the lungs were checked up by means of fibropiti c bronchoscope.The results show thatthe total positive rate of lung cancer is as high as 95%.As for the type of lung cancer,the positiverate of lung centro-type cancer is as high as 97.7%,the rate of lung peripheral-type cancer is 81.9%.Based on these findings,it can be concluded that this method is of great value to lung cancerdiagnosis. |
