| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫吸附法在１５７例反复呼吸道感染（ＲＲＴＩ）儿童中检测出血清ＩｇＧ＿２缺陷１５例；同时发现肺炎球菌多糖抗原（ＰｎＰｇ）特异性ＩｇＧ＿２抗体缺陷２６例，其中９例同时伴血清ＩｇＧ＿２缺陷，占１５例血清ＩｇＧ＿２缺陷者的６０％；脑膜炎球菌多糖抗原（ＭＰｓ）特异性ＩｇＧ＿２抗体缺陷２０例，其中１１例同时伴血清ＩｇＧ＿２缺陷。占１５例血清ＩｇＧ＿２缺陷者的７３％。本文提示：血清多糖抗原特异性ＩｇＧ亚类抗体缺陷是儿童ＲＲＴＩ的重要原因之一；血清ＩｇＧ＿２正常并不能排除多糖抗原特异性ＩｇＧ＿２抗体缺陷。

| Abstract: | ith enzyme. linked immunosorbent assay,serum IgG2 deficiencies were found in 15 out of 157cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI),Manwhile,deficincies ofPDeumoccocal polysaccharride(PnPs) and meni ngoccocal palysaccharride(MPs) antigen specificIgG2 amtibodies were also found in 23 and 20 cases respectively.Deficiencies of PnPs and MPsspecific IgG2 antibodies were complicated with 9 and 11 cases respecti vely of serum IgG2antibodies were coincided in 15 cases The results suggested that the decreased palysaccharridespecific IgG2 andtibody be one of the important causes of RRTI in children.The possiblity of polysaccharride antigen specific IgG2 defects can not be excluded with narmal serum IgG2. |
