百多邦治疗烧伤创面的临床与细菌学分析

本文随机选择住院烧伤病人２８例３５对自身配对创面，治疗组创面应用百多邦局部外用，配对组创面用磺胺嘧啶锌粉剂作对照。观察治疗前后创面一般情况、创面的愈合时间、创面分泌物细菌培养，以及监测病人器官功能情况。结果表明：百多邦组用药后创面无明显刺激性和过敏反应；创面愈合时间短于磺胺嘧啶锌组具有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；创面细菌清除率显著高于磺胺嘧啶锌组（Ｐ＜Ｏ０５）。认为百多邦是一种新型有效的抗生素，对防治烧伤创面感染具有意义。

THE CLINICAL AND BACTERIOLOG1CAL ANALYSES OF BURN WOUNDSTREATING WITH BACTROBAN

hirty-five pairs of wounds in 28 cases of burn inpatients were selected randomly forstudy,The wounds were treated with Bactroban as Bactroban group,while control wounds weretreated with SD-Zn as SD-Zn grouph.The general condition,healing time period and bacterialculture of the secretion of the wounds as well as functions of vital organs before and aftertreatment were observed.The resul ts showed that the irrita ting an d a ller gic effe cts had not beenfou nd in Bactroban group.The healing time period of the wounds in Bactroban group.The healingtime period of the wound in Bactroban group.was significantly shorter than that in SD-ZngrouP(<0.05).The eliminating rate of bacterium was significantly higher in Bactroban group thanthat in SD-Zn group.It was thought that Bactroban was a new effective topical antibiotic toprevent and cure infection of burn wounds.
