竹叶提取物的抗血栓作用研究

摘    要:目的研究竹叶提取物的抗血栓作用。方法采用小白鼠体外凝血时间及家兔血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、家兔血浆白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)、家兔血浆凝血酶时间(ThrombinTime)和ADP诱导的家兔血小板聚集实验来观察竹叶提取物的抗血栓作用。结果竹叶提取物22.5mg/kg、45mg/kg和90mg/kg能显著延长小鼠体外凝血时间;7.5mg·mL~1、15.0mg·mL-1和30.0mg/kg能明显延长血浆凝血酶原时间、白陶土活化部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶时间,并能显著抑制ADP引起的血小板聚集。结论竹叶提取物具有明显的抗血栓形成作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the antithrombotic effect of BLE. Methods Thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT), KPTT in rabbits and clotting time in mice, Platelet aggregation induced by ADP in the rabbits were studied in this paper. Results Thrombin time (TT) ,prothrombin time (PT), KPTT in rabbits and clotting time in mice were prolonged significantly. Platelet aggregation induced by ADP in the rabbits was inhibited. Conclusion BLE significantly inhibited the formation of arteris thrombus in the rabbits.
