| 摘 要： | 目的探讨院前急救与护理对患者预后的影响。方法院前急救为观察组、未经院前急救为对照组进行对比分析。结果脑出血患者经过院前急救的病死率明显低于未经院前急救的。结论积极有效的院前急救与护理能提高病人的抢救成功率，减少伤残率，已成为急诊医疗体系的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the pre-hospital first aid and nursing on the prognosis of the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who received the pre-hospital first aid and nursing were as an experimental group, and the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who did not receive the pre-hospital first aid and nursing were as a control group, and the rescue success rate, disability rate, and mortality were investigated, and the results were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The mortality of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The pre-hospital first aid and nursing can improve the rescue success rate, reduce the disability rate and mortality. |
