UPLC-MS/MS法测定白酒中的环己基氨基磺酸钠

目的建立白酒中的环己基氨基磺酸钠快速灵敏的分析方法。方法以ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_（18）柱（2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm）为分离柱,甲醇和乙酸胺为流动相梯度淋洗,用串联质谱测定,采用电喷雾电离负离子模式进行多反应监测。结果该方法的标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r=0.999,检出限（3S/N）为0.1μg,测定下限（10S/N）为0.03μg。测定值的相对标准偏差〈5.2%（n=6）。有较好的准确度和精密度,回收率92%～106%。应用该方法对35批白酒中的环己基氨基磺酸钠进行测定,阳性率11.4%。结论该方法操作简单快速,分离良好,适宜白酒中环己基氨基磺酸钠的快速测定。

Determination of sodium cyclamate in Chinese spirits by UPLC-MS/MS

Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive analytical method for sodium cyclamate in Chinese spirits. Methods The samples were detected by UPLC-MS/MS in the MRM mode using ACQUITY UPLC BEH CI8column（2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm）and gradient elution with methanol and ammonium acetate as mobile phase. Results The standard curve of the method had a good linearity,and its correlation coefficient was high（r=0.999）.The detection limit was 0.1μg（3S/N）and the lower limit of detection was 0.03μg（10S/N）,and the recovery of sodium cyclamate ranged from 92%to 106% with the relative standard deviation less than 5.2%（n=6）.Test results of 35 samples showed that the positive rate was 11.4%. Conclusions The method is simple and rapid,with good separation and it is a suitable method for rapid determination of sodium cyclamate in spirits.
