施维舒联合艾普拉唑治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的观察施维舒联合艾普拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法收集反流性食管炎患者92例，随机分为观察组与对照组。2组均口服艾普拉唑和吗丁啉，其中观察组加用施维舒，对照组加用硫糖铝。疗程均为8周。对比观察临床有效率、胃镜下愈合率和不良反应，以及1年后随访结果。结果观察组临床症状缓解时间和总有效率分别为（9．32±2．74）d和95．65％，显著优于对照组的（14．12±5．42）d和80．43％（P〈0．05）：内镜下食管炎疗效总有效率观察组为94．96％、显著高于对照组的74．16％（P〈0．05）；2组有头痛、恶心反应各1例，无严重不良反应发生。结论施维舒联合艾普拉唑治疗反流性食管炎有更好的近期疗效和较低的复发率。

Curative effect of seibex combined with ilaprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of selbex combined with ilaprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods A total of 92 reflux esophagitis patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Both groups received ilaprazole and motiliurn, and the experimental group received selbex but the control group received sucralfate for 8 weeks. The clinical efficiency, gastroscope concrescence rate and adverse reactions were investigated by 1 year follow-up. Results The clinical symptoms relieving time and the total efficiency of the experimental group were （9.32±2.74） d and 95.15%, respectively, which were significantly better than those of the control group, （ 14.12 ±5.42） d and 80.12% （P〈0.05）. By endoscopic observation, the total efficiency of esophagitis of the experimental group was 94.96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 74.16% （P 〈 0.05）. Both groups had 1 case of headache and nausea, but no serious adverse reactions were found. Conclusions The therapy of selbex combined with ilaprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is better and has a low recurrence rate.
