关于改善紧张医患关系的思考

医患关系紧张且不断升级，重建医患信任需要多方努力。医院要强化医德医风建设，完善医院管理，让患者享有公平、良好就医环境，并及时化解医疗纠纷。患者要正确看待医学的复杂性，理性对待就诊意外，并享有相应的保险保障。社会要杜绝虚假广告，坚持正确的宣传导向。国家应强制建立医疗责任险、就诊意外险、医务人员平安险的保障体系建设，客观规避医疗风险；完善医疗纠纷第三方解决机制，建立责任追究机制，倡导合法途径公正解决医疗纠纷；并妥善处理疑难纠纷，重建理性医患关系。

Thoughts on improving tense relationship between doctors and patients

The nervous relationship between doctors and patients upgrades, and reconstruction of the doctorpatient trust needs much efforts in many ways. The hospitals need to strengthen the construction of medical ethics, improve hospital management, allow patients to enjoy fair and good medical environment, and re2solve the medical disputes timely. The patients need correctly view the complexity of medicine, rationally treat the medical accidents, and enjoy the corresponding insurance covers. The society should eliminate false advertising, and adhere to the correct orientation of publicity. The authority should establish the security system including establish a mandatory medical liability insurance, medical accident insurance, medical personnel free from particular average （FPA） to avoid objectively the medical risk, medical dispute resolution mechanism to perfect the third party, the accountability mechanisms, and should advocate resolving the medical disputes in fairness and properly deal with the difficult disputes. Through these efforts, the rationality of doctor-patient relationship may be reconstructed.
