奎屯市居民糖尿病危险因素调查

摘    要:目的探讨奎屯市人群糖尿病发生的危险因素。方法采取整群抽样的方法进行调查,利用自行设计的调查表收集被调查人群个人基本情况,测量身高、体质量、血压,采用单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析方法处理资料。结果单因素分析显示,地区、年龄、职业、高血压病、冠心病、脑卒中史、高血压家族史、冠心病家族史、脑卒中家族史、糖尿病家族史、吸烟史、职业性体力活动强度、睡眠、体质量指数(BMI)、腹部肥胖(WC)可能与糖尿病有关(P均<0.05);多因素逐步回归分析显示,地区、年龄、高血压病史、高脂血症史、糖尿病家族史、BMI、WC、蔬菜与糖尿病有关(P均<0.05)。结论地区、年龄、高血压病史、糖尿病家族史、BMI、WC是奎屯市糖尿病的主要危险因素,应针对性开展体质量超标、腹型肥胖、高血压病史、糖尿病家族史等高危人群的筛查及干预工作。

Investigation on risk factors of diabetes mellitus in residents of Kuitun City

Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of diabetes mellitus in the residents of Kuitun City. Methods By using the self-designed questionnaire, the personal information of the residents was collected including the general characteristics, the major risk factors, individual health, family history of chronic diseases, and the height, weight, and blood pressure were measured. All the data were analyzed with the single factor and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression. Results The single factor analysis revealed that the region, age, occupation, hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, family history of diseases(hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes), smoking, drinking, occupational labor intensity, sleep duration, body mass index (BMI), and abdominal obesity (WC) may be related to diabetes (P 〈 0. 05 ); the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the region, age, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, family history of diabetes, BMI, WC and vegetable were related to diabetes(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The main risk factors of diabetes are region, age, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, family history of diabetes, BMI and WC in the residents of Kuitun City. The diabetes mellitus screening and behavioral intervention should be conducted in the high-risk populations to effectively control or reduce the incidence of diabetes.
