人工膝关节置换术的术前护理

目的探讨人工膝关节置换术术前护理对患者术后恢复情况及并发症发生的影响。方法将46例人工膝关节置换治疗的患者随机分2组，每组23例，对照组给予常规术前护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予心理干预护理及健康指导护理。结果2组比较，观察组术后功能恢复良好22例，术后有1例发生并发症，对照组术后功能恢复良好20例，术后3例出现并发症，2组比较（x^2=17．76，P〈0．05）。结论人工膝关节置换术术前心理干预护理联合健康指导护理可以改善患者术后恢复情况，同时减少了临床上并发症的发生，值得临床应用。

Preoperative nursing experience of artificial knee replacement

Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative nursing of artificial knee replacement on postoperative recovery and complications. Methods A total of 46 artificial knee replacement cases were randomly divided into an experimental group （23 cases） that received the psychological intervention nursing and health guidance nursing, and a control group that received the routine preoperative nursing. Results There were 22 function recovered well cases and 1 patient with complications in the experimental group, and there were 20 function recovered well cases and 3 patients with complications in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The preoperative nursing （psychological intervention nursing and health guidance nursing） of artificial knee replacement can improve the recovery of the patients after the operation and reduce the clinical complications.
