阶段性持续健康教育在人工髋关节置换术护理中的应用价值分析

目的探究阶段性持续健康教育在人工髋关节置换护理中的应用效果。方法选取榆林市第二人民医院100例行人工髋关节置换术的患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予阶段性持续健康教育,比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果观察组平均住院时间比对照组短,观察组的护理满意度也明显高于对照组。结论阶段性持续健康教育降低了人工髋关节置换术后的患者在临床护理难度,缩短了患者的住院时间,提高了护理的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Application Value of Phased Continuous Health Education in Nursing Artificial Hip Replacement

Objective To observe the application value of phased continuous health education in nursing artificial hip replacement.Methods One hundred patients after operation of artificial hip replacement in The Second People＇s Hospital of Yulin were set into two groups.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group received additional phased continuous health education.The nursing effect and degree of satisfaction were both compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stay time of the observation group was shorter than that of observation group and the degree of satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion The phased continuous health education could lower the nursing difficulty in patients after artificial hip replacement,shorten the stay in hospital and increase the degree of satisfactory in patients,and thus worthy of generalization.
