多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合甘草酸二铵治疗肝功能异常的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗肝功能异常的临床疗效。方法 71例肝功能异常患者随机分成治疗组(35例)和对照组(36例),治疗组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱和甘草酸二铵;对照组给予甘草酸二铵,疗程均为2周。治疗结束后比较总有效率、肝功能指标及药物不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率(88.6%)明显优于对照组(72.2%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗结束后治疗组ALT为35.77(s=23.43)U/L,较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗期间2组均未见明显不良反应。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合甘草酸二铵治疗肝功能异常疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in treatment of liver dysfunction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of liver dysfunction. Methods A total of 71 patients with liver dysfunction were randomly divided into a treatment group (n = 35) and a control group (n = 36). The treatment group was treated with polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and the control group was only treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate. The treatment duration lasted 2 weeks for both groups. The total effective rate, liver function indexes and adverse drug reactions in two groups were investigated and compared after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (88.6%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.2%) (P 〈 0.05) ; the average level of ALT in the treatment group after the treatment was 35.77 (s= 23.43) U/L, which were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈 0.05). No obvious adverse reactions happened in two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The treatment of polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate has a good therapeutic effect on liver dysfunction without obvious adverse reactions.
