护理干预对脑卒中病人生存质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对脑卒中病人生存质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月—2013年10月入住我科的脑卒中病人128例为研究对象,随机分为对照组64例和干预组64例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行康复训练和康复指导。比较2组入院时和出院时Barthel评分。结果入院时2组病人Barthel评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,出院时Barthel评分试验组明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预能提高脑卒中病人生存质量。

Impact of nursing interventions on life quality of patients with stroke

Objective To explore the impact of nursing interventions on life quality of patients with stroke.Methods From January 2012 to October 2013,128 stroke patients were randomly divided into a control group（64cases）and an intervention group（64cases）.The control group received the routine care,and the intervention group received the rehabilitation training and rehabilitation guidance in addition to the routine care. Results On the admission,there was no significant difference between the 2groups in the Barthel scores（P〉0.05）.However,the Barthel score in the intervention group was obvious superior to that in the control group at hospital discharge（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of stroke patients.
