广东某学院大学生上呼吸道感染调查

目的对广东某校大学生的上呼吸道感染病例进行调查分析。方法选择2011年1月—2013年12月广东某校卫生所诊断为＂上呼吸道感染＂的大学生,回顾性分析其发病情况、临床症状、相关因素及防治等。结果广东某校大学生上呼吸道感染为常见病、多发病,学生发病与生活习惯、环境、气候、季节等因素相关,临床症状包括鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、咳嗽、发热等。结论上呼吸道感染是广东某校常见病、多发病,应注重宣教、预防和治疗相结合。

Retrospective investigation on upper respiratory tract infections in students of a college in Guangdong Province

Objective To retrospective investigate the upper respiratory tract infections in students of a college in Guangdong Province. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013, the college students who had had the diagnosis of the upper respiratory tract infections were investigated retrospectively about the incidence, clinical symptoms, related factors and prevention. Results The upper respiratory tract infections were commonly and frequently occurred in the college students. The related factors of pathogenesis included the living habits, environment, climate, and season. The clinical symptoms include nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, and so on. Conclusions The upper respiratory tract infection is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease in the college students, and the combination of education, prevention and treatment should be performed and enhanced.
