| 摘 要： | 目的了解牵引垫枕复位治疗老年胸腰椎单纯性压缩性骨折效果。方法 2009-09/2011-11北川羌族自治县中医院对于45例屈曲型单纯性胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用腰椎纵向牵引、腰背部后方垫高、配合腰背肌功能锻炼等综合疗法进行治疗。结果 45例病人行牵引治疗后,X线片检查显示压缩椎体高度均恢复至正常水平。随访0.5-2.0年时间,3例患者劳累后出现腰背部疼痛等情况,其余患者均恢复正常,能进行正常活动。结论该牵引垫枕复位方法简单有效、经济实用且治疗效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of traction and bolster reduction treatment in thoracolumbar spine simple compression fractures in the elderly.Methods During Sep.,2009 to Nov.,2011,45 elderly patients with buckling thoracolumbar spine simple compression fractures were treated with lumbar longitudinal traction,lower back bolstering and back muscle function training,etc.Results After treatment,the 45 patients showed normal level of compressed vertebral body height.With 0. 5 to 2. 0 years follow up,3 patients exhibited back pain and the rest were all returned to normal.Conclusion This traction and bolster reduction method is simple,economical and practical,and shows significant curative effect. |
