摘    要:目的探讨团体心理辅导对流动初中生积极情绪的培养效应。方法将40名有改变自我意愿的被试随机分成实验组与控制组,实验组接受为期8周的团体心理辅导,控制组不进行实验处理。辅导前后分别进行正性-负性情绪量表和容纳他人量表评估,采用SPSS软件对数据进行t检验。结果实验组在辅导后的正性情绪(t=-4.947,P〈0.01)和容纳他人(t=-5.598,P〈0.01)得分显著提高。负性情绪差异无统计学意义。老师同学反馈及自我报告也显示实验有效。结论团体心理辅导对培养流动初中生积极情绪有显著影响。

Effect of group counseling on fostering positive affect of floating middle school students

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of group counseling on fostering positive affect of floating middle school students. Methods A total of 40 floating middle school students were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. The students in the experimental group participated in an 8-week group intervention program, and the students of the control group did not. The Positive and Negative Scale and Acceptance of Others Scale were administered to the two groups before and after the program. The data were analyzed through SPSS software, using the method of t test. Results Compared with the pre-training, the score of the positive affect ( t = - 4. 947, P 〈 0. 000) and the score of the acceptance of others( t = - 5. 598, P〈 0. 000) of the students were significantly increased in the experiment group. The scores of the positive affect and acceptance of others were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group. The feedback of teachers and other students, and self-report of the experimental students also showed that the experiment was effective. Conclusions The group counseling has obviously effects on fostering positive affect in the floating middle school students.
