护生A型性格与在校表现调查

目的通过调查护生性格特征，探讨A型性格护生与在校表现之间的关系，为学校对A型性格护生开展心理健康教育和素质教育提供科学依据。方法采取自制在校表现问卷和《A型性格调查问卷》对镇江高专卫生护理学院８７９名护生进行调查，对获得的数据进行统计分析。结果在本次调查中A型性格者占３２．４４％，A型性格护生在学习成绩、参与课外活动、人际关系敏感、担任班干部方面与非A型性格护生存在明显差异，而在学习准备状态上差异不显著。结论A型性格对护生在校表现具有一定程度的影响，也提示我们除了对A型性格与健康间的关系引起重视外，还要对其他方面的影响引起一定程度重视，以便采取有针对性的教育措施，可以调动其积极性，提高自身素质。

Investigation of type A personality and school performance of nursing students

Objective To investigating the characteristics of nursing students,and explore the relationship between type A personality of nursing students and their school performance,so a to provide the evidence for the school to carry out mental health education and quality education. Methods A total of 879 students in the nursing school of Zhenjiang College were investigated through a self-designed questionnaire about school performance and a type A personality questionnaire,and then the results were analyzed statistically. Results In this survey,the students of type A personality accounted for 32.44%,and they were obviously different from those of non-type A personality in many aspects,such as academic results,participation in extra-curricular activities,interpersonal sensitivity,classroom management,etc.Meanwhile,there was no significant difference in readiness to learn between them. Conclusions Type A personality has some kind of influence on the nursing students in their school performances.It arouses us an attention to not only the relationship between type A personality and health,but also in its impact on other aspects,so as to take targeted educational measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve their own quality.
