尿红细胞形态分析在血尿诊断中的意义

目的 :应用尿红细胞形态检测分析肾脏血尿的临床意义。方法 :应用普通光学显微镜观察尿红细胞形态 ,鉴别肾小球血尿或非肾小球血尿。结果 :5 0例肾小球性血尿患者中变形红细胞血尿阳性率为 90 % (45 / 5 0 ) ,混合性红细胞血尿阳性率为 10 % (5 / 5 0 ) ;5 0例非肾小球性血尿患者中均一红细胞血尿阳性率为 96 % (48/ 5 0 ) ,混合性红细胞血尿阳性率为 4 % (2 / 5 0 )。结论 :普通光镜下检测红细胞形态操作简便 ,对鉴别血尿来源和诊断具有一定的临床价值

The Significance of Alternative Morphology of Urinary Red Cells in Diagnosis of Hematuria

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of hematuresis by examination of morphology of urinary red cells.Methods:Observing the morphology of urinary red cells with ordinary microscope so that to distinguish glomerular from nonglomerular hematuria. Results: In 50 patients with glomerular hematuria the positive rates of deformation red cells hematuria were 90% (45/50).Those of mixture red cells hematuria ones were 10%(5/50); In 50 cases with non blomerular hematuia the positive rates of the single red cells hematuria were 96% (48/50),while mixture red cells hematuria were 4%(2/50).Conclusion:Examining the morphology of urinary red cells with ordinary microscope shows an important clinically value in disclosing the source of hematuria and diagnosis of hematuria. It is also simple in operation.
