| 摘 要： | 目的:测定金莲清热颗粒中菝葜皂苷元的含量。方法:用RP-HPLC法测金莲清热颗粒中菝葜皂苷元的含量,流动相为甲醇,流速为0.8mL/min,检测器为RID-6A。结果:菝葜皂苷元在0.05~1.0mg/mL浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.6%,(RSD为0.76%,n=5)。结论:该方法简单准确,可用于金莲清热颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:Detecting sarsasapogenin in Jinlianqingre Granule.Methods:The RP-HPLC was used to detect sarsasapogenin in Jinlianqingre Granule,the mobile phase was methanol,the flow rate was 0.8mL/min and the detector was RID-6A.Results:The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.05~1.0mg/mL with the correlation coefficient 0.9997,the average recovery was 97.6%(RSD=0.76%,n=5).Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate for the detection sarsasapogenin and might apply the quality control for compound Jin... |
