| 摘 要： | 目的研究脑脊液漏病人的术前定位诊断与手术治疗经验。方法对手术治疗的54例脑脊液鼻漏病例进行回顾性研究。结果外伤性脑脊液鼻漏33例,肿瘤致脑脊液鼻漏14例,自发性脑脊液鼻漏7例。1次手术修补成功者44例(81%)。10例病人第1次手术失败后行第2次手术修补。术后并发脑积水3例,脑室炎1例,硬膜下积液1例,给予相应治疗,均治愈。结论漏口定位精确,同时注重手术中对漏口的探察与定位,是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the preoperative locating diagnosis and surgical management of CSF rhinorrhea. Methods The surgical treatment of 54 patients with CSF rhinorrhea was retrospectively analyzed. Results 33 patients were traumatic CSF rhinorrhea, 14 cases were caused by brain tumor, and 7 patients were spontaneous CSF rhinorrhea. The craniosinus fistula was successfully repaired by single operation in 44 cases (81%); re-operation was done in other 10 cases. 3 patients were complicated with hydrocephalus, 1 case with ventriculitis, and 1 with subdural effusion. Conclusion Accurate localization of the fistula before and during operation is important for success of the treatment. |
