阿德福韦酯(贺维力)治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎36例临床疗效观察

目的 评价阿德福韦酯(贺维力)片10 mg/d治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者48周的疗效和安全性.方法 入选的36例患者每日口服阿德福韦酯片10 mg,每日1次,连服48周.主要疗效评估指标为血清HBVDNA的变化情况,次要疗效评估指标包括:丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的复常率,HBeAg阴转率和HBeAg的血清转化率.结果 治疗12、24、36、48周时HBV DNA中位数水平较基线分别降低2.68 log10 copies/ml、2.92 log10 copies/ml、3.46 log10copies/ml、4.11 log10 copies/ml;HBV DNA转阴率分别为19.44%、30.56%、45.71%、51.51%;ALT复常率分别为50%、63.89%、71.14、78.79%;HBeAg阴转率分别为2.78%、8.33%、11.43%、15.16%.结论 阿德福韦酯(贺维力)10 mg/d剂量治疗48周HBeAg阳性的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者有效、安全.

The Clinical Efficacy of the Adefovir Dipivoxil in the Treatment of 36 Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with HBeAg-positive
