河南省平顶山市地方性氟中毒病流行与防治概况

目的　了解平顶山市饮用水型氟中毒流行情况。　方法　实施改水战略 ,降低饮水氟含量。　结果　饮用水氟含量降低 ,从防治前的 9.6mg/L降到防治后的 <1.0mg/L ,氟中毒病情得到控制 ,患病率明显下降 ,促进了畜牧业和养殖业的发展。　结论　平顶山市改水降氟工程防治低氟病措施有效 ,收到明显的社会和经济效益

The prevalence and control of endemic fluorosis in Pingdingshan City

Objective To understand the prevalent status of endemic fluorosis in Pingdingshan City. Methods The strategy of improvement of drinking water quality was carried out for reducing the concentration of fluorine in the drinking water Results The concentration of flulrine in the drinking water was reduced from 9.6mg/L before intervention to<1.0mg/L after intervention,the incidence of fuorosis also reduced and fluorosis was got under control in addition to the promotion of the development of husbandry and fowl-raising in addition to the promotion of the development of husbandry and animal and fowl-raising activities Conclusion The measures for reducing the concentration of fluorine and improving the water quality carried out in Pingdingshan City effective,good social and economic benefit has been achieved.
