| 摘 要： | 脐血干细胞是近几年来发观的．类具有与骨髓干细胞相同的多向分化潜能的原始祖细胞。本文就其细胞特性、诱导分化以及在临床治疗中的研究现状作一综述，并与研充卡日对较为成熟的骨髓干细胞进行比较。对脐血干细胞在组织工程学中的应用前景作进一步的探讨

| Abstract: | Umbilical cord blood stem cells have been found in recent years. They are a kind of original progenitor cells which have the same multipotent capacity as the marrow stem cells. This article presents their cell characteristic, induction differentiation and the research status in clinical therapy, where a comparsion was made with that of the marrow stem cells. Moreover, we make a further discussion for the future of the application of umbilical cord blood stem cells in tissue engineering. |
