| 摘 要： | 笔者通过对医学期刊中所面临的知识产权保护问题，提出了改进知识产权保护工作的建议和措施，以便在信息网络时代，医学期刊利用各种信息技术来保存各种学术研究成果，保护著作权所有人的利益，有效保护医学期刊知识产权。
