成都市各级医院儿科普通病房护理人力资源配置现状调查

目的：了解成都市各级医院儿科普通病房护理人力资源配置现状，为成都市儿科病房进行合理的护理人力资源配置提供参考。方法：采用整群抽样法，利用自制量表对成都市设置有儿科病房的14所医院进行调查，采用SPSS19．0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果：14所医院的平均床护比为1：0．62，平均医护比1：1．40，均低于卫生部颁布标准，儿科的平均床护比为1：0．61，儿科普通病房床护比1：0．45。其中三级医院儿科普通病房床护比为1：0．40。结论：成都市各级医院儿科普通病房的护理人力资源绝对不足或相对不足，其中以三级医院及部分三级甲等专科医院不足l青况更为突出。

A survey on nursing human resources in general pediatric wards of hospitals in Chengdu [

Objectives： To understand the current status of nursing human resources in general pediatric wards of hospitals in Chengdu. Methods： A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 14 hospitals with pediatric wards by the self-designed questionnaire. We analyzed the data using SPSS 19.0. Results： The average bed-to- nurse ratio and physician-to-nurse ratio in 14 hospitals was 1：0.62 and 1：1.40 respectively （less than the national standard）. The average bed-to-nurse ratio of the pediatric units （including outpatient and inpatient departments） was 1：0.61 and the average bed-to-nurse ratio of all the 14 pediatric inpatient wards was 1：0.45. Among the Three Grade hospitals, the average bed-to-nurse ratio of pediatric inpatient wards was 1：0.40. Conclusions： There has been a nursing shortage issue in the Third Grade hospitals and some Third Grade Class A specialized hospitals in Chengdu. The issue is even worse in general pediatric wards of all the study hospitals, especially in the Third Grade hospitals and some Third Grade Class A specialized hospitals.
