品管圈活动在产妇产后乳腺疏通中的作用

目的:探讨品管圈活动在产妇产后乳腺疏通中的应用效果。方法 :成立品管圈,确立"降低产后乳腺肿胀的发生率"为活动主题,进行现况调查、要因分析、拟定对策、运用PDCA循环的原则进行对策的实施和效果核查、标准化处置等。结果 :实施品管圈活动后,产后乳腺肿胀的发生率从90.29%降至61.09%(P<0.01);乳腺肿胀持续时间从32.94h降至26.60h(P<0.01);纯母乳喂养率从48.06%提高至75.57%(P<0.01)。乳腺肿胀程度、疼痛程度均有明显改善。结论:品管圈活动可降低产后乳腺肿胀的发生率,减少乳腺肿胀持续时间,提高纯母乳喂养率,对产后母婴健康起到良好的促进作用;有助于提高护士工作的主动性和解决临床问题的能力。

The effect of Quality Control Circle on postpartum breast dredging

Objective： To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle（QCC） on postpartum breast dredging.Methods： We set up a quality control circle and established a theme of ＂decreasing the incidence of postpartum breast swelling＂.We followed the steps of current status investigation,main causes analysis,making proposed countermeasures,and countermeasures implementation,supervision and standardization according to the PDCA principle.Results： The rate of postpartum breast swelling declined from 90.29% to 61.09%（P0.01）.The mean duration of breast swelling decreased from 32.94 to 26.60 hours（P0.01）.Pure breastfeeding rate increased from 48.06% to 75.57%（P0.01）.The extent of breast swelling and pain were statistically improved.Conclusion： QCC could decrease the incidence of postpartum breast swelling and breast swelling durations,improve the rate of pure breastfeeding,and promote maternal and child health.
