运用品管圈提高体检者静脉采血满意度的实践

摘    要:目的:探索品管圈质量改进方法在提高体检者静脉采血满意度中的作用。方法:2011年9月至2012年2月,我科以"提高体检者静脉采血满意度"为主题,开展为期6个月的品管圈活动,探讨提高静脉采血满意度的方法。结果:体检者静脉采血满意度由实施品管圈方案前的89.60%升高至实施后的95.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:开展品管圈活动,能够提升体检者静脉采血满意度,营造员工团队合作及学习的环境,提高本科室护理人员参与质量管理及分析、解决问题的能力。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) improvement on the venous blood taking satisfaction in physical examination.Methods: We delivered various activities with the theme of improving the satisfaction of venous blood taking for 6 months' QCC cycle(from September,2011 to February,2012) and confirmed the customer's venous blood taking satisfaction.Results: After the application of QCC improvement tools,venous blood taking satisfaction was increasedfrom89.60%to95.47%andthedifferencehadstatisticalsignificance(P0.01).conclusion:ThroughQCCactivities,we could enhance venous blood taking satisfaction in physical examination,create an environment for employee team to cooperate,learn and grow,and improve the ability of the nursing staff to analyze and solve the problems together.
