临床护理工作健康评估实践操作应用频度调查研究

目的:了解临床护理工作健康评估实践操作应用频度,为健康评估实践教学改革提供依据。方法:通过发放自设问卷调查南京市7所三级甲等医院671名临床护士护理工作中各项健康评估实践操作的应用频度,及其对健康评估实践教学的需求和认可程度。结果:有92.55%的临床护士认为《健康评估》是连接医学基础课与医学专业课的桥梁,97.17%认为有必要开设专门的《健康评估》实践操作课;临床护理工作中每周应用频率达到3～4次的操作项目按百分率排序前三位依次为:健康史采集(84.80%)、心电图检查(37.41%)、腹部检查(24.14%),其他各项操作的应用频度依据科室性质及要求各有不同。结论:在教学过程中应注重加强健康评估实践操作训练,提升护生日后的综合竞争能力。

The practical application frequency of health assessment in clinical nursing work

Objective： To understand the practical application frequency of health assessment in clinical nursing work, and to provide the basis for health assessment practice teaching reform. Method： Using questionnaires, 671 nurses from seven tertiary hospitals in Nanjing were investigated on the practical application frequency of health assessment in the clinical work and their demands and recognition of the health assessment practice teaching. Results： The survey results showed that 92.55% of the clinical nursing staff believe ＂health assessment＂ was a bridge-course, 97.17% believe that it is necessary to strengthen the practical teaching; the top three operating items which application frequency was 3 to 4 times weekly and sorted by percentage are as follows： collection of the health history （84.80%）, ECG （37.41%）, abdominal examination （24.14%）. Conclusion： It should focus on strengthening the health assessment practical training in the teaching process, to enhance nursing students＇ comprehensive competitiveness.
