中医药三位一体综合干预技术防治CRF临床研究

目的探讨自拟中医药口服方、灌肠方、沐浴方联合运用的三位一体、全方位、多靶点综合干预技术，观察治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者的临床疗效。方法将72例CRF患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组36例。两组患者均采用相同的基础方法治疗，在基础方法基础上实施中医药三位一体干预治疗，对照组口服包醛氧淀粉。观察两组患者客观症状的改善，肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN），内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）等生化指标变化，评定临床疗效。结果经治疗后，两组患者的Scr、BUN、Ccr变化比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论三位一体综合干预技术防治CRF疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of the Prevention and Treatment of CRF with the Trinity Comprehensive Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To explore the trinity, comprehensive and multiple targets intervention technology of self - prepared oral administration formula, enema formula and bath formula of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and observe the clinical efficacy on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods Seventy -two cases of CRF were randomized into a control group and a treatment group, 36 cases in each one. The same basic therapy was applied for the patients in the two groups. The trinity intervention of TCM was supplemented in the treatment group. In the control group, the coated aldehydeoxy starch was prescribed for oral administration. The improvements in the objective symptoms and the changes in the biochemical indexes such as Scr, BUN and Ccr were observed for the patients in the two groups. The clinical efficacy was assessed. Results After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN and Ccr were different significantly in statistics for the patients in the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The trinity comprehensive intervention technology achieves the significant efficacy of the prevention and treatment of CRF and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
