疏血通注射液联丁咯地尔注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的研究

目的探讨疏血通注射液与丁咯地尔注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的疗效和安全性。方法将椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组,治疗组87例,对照组87例;治疗组用疏血通注射液与丁咯地尔注射液静脉滴注;对照组用疏血通注射液静脉滴注,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、血流变学和颅超声多普勒（TCD）指标。结果在改善患者的症状、血流变学和TCD指标上,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组总有效率97.70%,对照组总有效率79.31%,两组在疗效上差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论治疗组比对照组起效快、作用强、效果好、安全性可靠。

Therapeuticobservation of Shuxuetong Injection in combination with Buflomedil Hydrochloride Injection in VBI treatment.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and safety of Shuxuetong Injection and Buflomedil Hydrochloride Injection on the patients with VBI. Methods The VBI patients were divided into two groups randomly： the treatment group （ n = 87 ） and the control group （ n = 87 ）. The patients in the treatment group got intravenous drips of Shuxuentong Injection and Buflomedil HydrochlorideInjection. The patients in the control group received intravenous drip of Shuxuetong Injection. To observe the clinicahherapeutic, bloodrheologyandTCDindicators of the groups before and afterthe treatment. Results Therapeutic outcome of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group in improving patients~ymptom, blood rheology andTCDindicatorswith the cure rate 97.70% vs 79.31%, which was really significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The treatment in the treatment group gets a quicker, stronger and better effect and is more reliably safe.
