稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗房颤合并频发室性心律失常的疗效观察

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗永久性心房颤动合并频发室性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法选择各种器质性心脏病患者100例，均为永久性房颤合并频发室性心律失常，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予胺碘酮治疗，治疗组在胺碘酮基础上加用稳心颗粒，疗程均为4周，比较两组抗心律失常的效果。结果治疗后两组患者室性心律失常均明显减少，临床症状改善，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；但治疗组长RR间期发生减少，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论房颤患者应用稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮控制室性心律失常临床疗效好，同时可有效避免长RR间期的发生，不良反应小，值得推广和应用。

Efficacy Observation of Atrial Fibrillation and Frequent Ventricular Arrhythmia Treated with Wenxin Granules and Amiodarone

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on permanent atrial fibrillation and frequent ventricular arrhythmia treated with wenxin granules and amiodarone. Methods 100 cases of various organic heart diseases were selected and all diagnosed as permanent atrial fibrillation and frequent ventricular arrhythmia. They were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 52 cases in treatment group. In the control group,amiodarone was prescribed. In the treatment group, on the basis of the medication as the control group,wenxin granules were supplemented. The duration of treatment was 4 weeks. The effect of anti - arrhythmia was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the ventricular arrhythmia was reduced obviously for the patients in either group. The clinical symptoms were relieved. There were no statistical significant differences between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. But in the treatment group, the long RR intervals were reduced ,presenting the statistical significant difference as compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined medication of wenxin granules and amiodarone achieves the good clinical efficacy of controlling ventricular arrhythmia for the patients with atrial fibrillation. Additionally,it avoids effectively the long RR intervals and has less adverse reactions. Hence, this combined medication deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
