子宫内膜息肉中医证候及其与中医体质的相关性研究

目的分析子宫内膜息肉的中医证型及证候要素分布规律，探讨子宫内膜息肉发病率与中医体质特征的关系，为中医药防治子宫内膜息肉提供相关的理论依据。方法对符合要求的97例子宫内膜息肉患者按中医症状分布情况、中医证型进行调查研究，按王琦中医体质类型的分类方法将子宫内膜息肉患者分类并统计其临床表现在各体质类型中的分布。结果在中医证型中，痰瘀互阻型占31．96％；气滞血瘀型占28．87％；气虚血瘀型占23．71％；湿热血瘀型占15．47％。在中医体质方面，子宫内膜息肉患者以痰湿质为多，占20．62％，其次为气郁质，占16．49％；平和质占15．47％。结论子宫内膜息肉中医证型可分为痰瘀互阻型、气虚血瘀型、气滞血瘀型和湿热血瘀型四型，以痰瘀互阻型为多见。此外，子宫内膜息肉患者中，除平和质以外，痰湿质、气郁质是该病的易发体质。

Correlative Research between TCM Patterns/Syndromes and TCM Body Constitutions in Endometrial Polyps

Objective To analyze the distribution rules of TCM patterns/syndromes in endometrial polyps and explore the relationship between morbidity of endometrial polyps and TCM constitution characteristics,as well as the relevant theoretic evidences in TCM prevention and treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods For 97 cases of endometrial polyps in compliance with the inclusive standards,according to TCM pattern/symptom distribution, the investigation of TCM patterns/syndromes and the classification of TCM constitutions of Prof. Wang Qi, the patients of endometrial polyps were classified and the distribution of the clinical manifestations in each constitution type were analyzed. Results OfTCM patterus/syndromes,31.96% of them were interaction of phlegm and stasis ,28.87% of them were qi and blood stagnation,23.71% of them were qi deficiency and blood stagnation and 15.47% of them were damp heat and blood stagnation. Concerning to TCM constitutions,20.62% of patients had phlegm damp constitution, 16.49% of patients had qi stagnation constitution and 15.47% of patients had harmonization constitution. Conclusion Endometrial polyps include interaction of phlegm and stasis, qi deficiency and blood stagnation, qi and blood stagnation and damp heat and blood stagnation in TCM differentiation. Of those patterns/syndrome, interaction of phlegm and stasis is common. Additionally, the patients of damp heat constitution and qi stagnation constitution have endometrial polyps vulnerably besides those of harmonization constitution.
