肾动脉狭窄支架植入术后肾周血肿的观察及护理崔莹 席桂华 温华旭

摘要：目的 探讨肾动脉狭窄支架植入术后肾周血肿的观察及护理方法。方法 选择2008年1月～2011年9月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院因肾动脉狭窄行肾动脉支架植入术，术后形成肾周血肿并发症的患者5例，进行恰当的病情观察、护理和详细的出院指导，评估患者的预后。结果 经过积极治疗和精心护理，5例患者焦虑、疼痛症状明显缓解，血压控制平稳，痊愈出院，平均住院时间13天。结论 严密监测生命体征变化，及时发现病情，并周密、细致、恰当、科学地护理，是提高肾动脉狭窄患者支架植术后护理质量及发现并发症的关键。

Nursing care of patients with haemorrhagesecondary to intervention procedure for renal artery stenosis

Abstract: Objective To investigate of patients with haemorrhage secondary to intervention procedure for renal artery stenosis. Methods Postoperative nursing care for 5 patients with haemorrhage secondary to intervention procedure for renal artery stenosis in our hospital were recruited from January 2008 to September 2011. Results All the patients recovered and discharged without adverse cardiac events. Conclusions It is suggested that scientific and standardized nursing was the important requirement in the process of postoperative nursing for patients with haemorrhage secondary to intervention procedure for renal artery stenosis.
